Parque Warner is a theme park that opened in 2002 and consentrates on attractions inspired by Warner Bros movies and series. It is in San Martín de la Vega, 25 km southeast of Madrid. Besides the Hollywood Boulevard at the entry, the park is divided in five themed areas:

Shows and parades. Beside the rides, shops and restaurants, the park offers some exciting shows, like Scooby-Doo the musical, the spectacular Police Academy stunt show or the Lonney Tunes Action! show for the smallest kids. In the park you will find street entertainment as well as characters to meet. Every evening cartoons, Hollywood stars and iconic characters from the Warner factory come together in a parade, marching aboard limousines, trucks, quads and famous vehicles like the Batmobile, the Scooby-Soo’s Mystery Machine van or the Flinstone’s car.

The price for an adult at the ticket office is 39,90€ (+140cm). A kid’s ticket is 29.90€ (100-140cm). Kids under 100 cm tall have free admission. Buying tickets online is a lot cheaper since you can find all the tickets for 25.90€.
Probably the weakest point of the park is how hard it is to get there without a car. If you are in Madrid, the easiest way is to take metro line 3 to the interchange station at Villaverde Bajo, and then take the 412 bus from the “La Veloz” company, which goes around every 30 minutes depending of the season.

A good number of attractions, suitable for a wide range of ages. Children have the Cartoon Village, and teenagers and adults have high quality rollercoasters
Great complimentary offers, with shows featuring famous characters and a well created movie atmosphere.
Food prices are on the high side. Usually there are problems in bringing your own food.
Has to access with public transport.
Temperatures can be very high in summer. The addition of the WarnerBeach can help with that, however.
